Each lock is an equation with empty slots. Put symbols from the tray into the slots so the equation equals the target. Tap a symbol to place it in the next open slot, or touch and hold it and drag it to any slot. Solve all three locks to open the vault.

Yes. In Settings → Placing symbols, choose “Tap a symbol, then its slot”. Dragging works in either mode.

Tap Hint. The first hint shows a written clue; later hints place a correct symbol. Hints never solve a lock completely. Three stars need a vault opened without hints; using hints lowers that vault’s stars, and you can replay it later to earn more.

Quick quizzes without vaults or locations, at the bottom of the map. Tile puzzles and multiple-choice questions take turns, getting harder as you go. You get one try per question.

The free game includes Paris (10 vaults) and 3 Free Play quizzes a day, with 5 questions each. Full Heist is a one-time purchase that unlocks all 16 locations (160 vaults), unlimited 20-question Free Play quizzes and every grand prize. There are no ads and no subscription.

At midnight, your device’s local time. A quiz counts as soon as you start it.

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with, then open the game and go to Settings → Full Heist → Restore Purchases. Full Heist is usually restored automatically when you open the game.

Yes. Full Heist supports Family Sharing: members of your family group get it on their own devices through Restore Purchases.

If Ask to Buy is on, the family organizer has to approve the purchase. Full Heist unlocks as soon as it’s approved; you don’t need to buy it again.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Only on your device. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. Your progress moves to a new iPhone or iPad when you restore it from an iCloud or computer backup, or use Quick Start.

Progress doesn’t yet sync live between two devices. Full Heist itself does: restore it on each device.

Yes. Deleting the app removes its saved progress from that device. Your Full Heist purchase is kept by Apple and can be restored.

Use Settings → Reset Progress to lock every vault again and clear your stars. Free Play history is cleared separately in Settings → Free Play history → Clear History.

Game sounds and the intro play even with the Ring/Silent switch on silent, like most games. Turn them off in Settings → Sound & Haptics. Music from other apps keeps playing under the game.

Yes. It supports VoiceOver (every tile and slot has a label and actions for placing symbols without dragging), larger text sizes and Reduce Motion, which replaces moving animations with gentle fades.
